The feel of the journey
Trade the familiar coast for the inland north. Chaves is best appreciated on foot, with the river as a natural meeting point; Vidago adds a gentler village pause before the journey back.

If outdoor conditions are unsuitable, we agree shorter walks or an alternative accessible stop; paid indoor visits are never added without agreement.

Confirmation & cancellation
Free cancellation and a 100% refund with at least 48 hours’ notice. From 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or a no-show: non-refundable. Notice is measured before the scheduled service start time. Something unexpected happened? Talk to us and tell us what happened. We review each situation individually; any exception is confirmed in writing. Any specific conditions for tickets or third-party services are disclosed before payment.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The base price is for your private vehicle and group: 1–3 guests in an E-Class or 4–7 in a V-Class. The written quotation confirms the total for your date. Children count towards capacity.
Is a sightseeing guide included?
Your chauffeur handles transport, timing and meeting points. Visits on foot are independent. A specialist local guide is a separately quoted addition.
Can we add visits or tastings later?
Yes. Tickets, tastings, boats and restaurant arrangements can be proposed separately. Longer activities replace free time or require a revised route and price; they are not all automatically added.
Does requesting a quote confirm a booking?
No. We confirm the date, vehicle, itinerary, total price and payment conditions in writing before the booking is accepted.
Can the route be adjusted?
Yes, within the agreed distance and service time. A different pickup, extra destination or extended day is quoted before confirmation.
