How to serve and act at Mystic.

From preparation to farewell, these are the behaviours we expect on every assignment. Booking-specific conditions are confirmed by operations.

Before every assignment
  • Read the service order: time, contacts, language, passengers, luggage, route, special requests and waiting terms.
  • Confirm the approved vehicle and chauffeur. Do not substitute or subcontract without Mystic’s validation.
  • Check interior and exterior cleanliness, climate control, fuel or charge, maintenance and agreed equipment. Prepare suitable child restraints.
  • Be ready at the agreed time and location. Monitor the flight when relevant and communicate delays or obstacles early.
Welcome and boarding
  • Greet guests calmly and discreetly confirm the passenger and destination. Use the identification agreed for the service without exposing unnecessary personal details.
  • Offer luggage assistance, confirm the items and stow them safely. Never leave belongings unattended or guests without guidance.
  • Stop somewhere legal and safe. Assist boarding from the protected side, open the door where possible and respect personal space.
  • Ask before touching or providing physical assistance. Respect the preferred assistance of guests with reduced mobility.
  • Check seat belts, child restraints, doors and comfort before moving.
During the journey
  • Drive smoothly and defensively, without abrupt manoeuvres, distractions or handheld phone use.
  • Discreetly ask about temperature and comfort preferences. Do not impose music or conversation.
  • Avoid comments about politics, religion, private lives or other guests. Never photograph, record or share service information without appropriate authorisation.
  • Do not smoke, request tips, distribute cards, solicit direct bookings or request reviews for your own business.
  • Coordinate additional stops, route changes and prices with operations. Never surprise a guest with extra charges.
Arrival and farewell
  • Choose a safe stopping point and let guests know before opening a door. Offer help without rushing them.
  • Hand over and account for all luggage. Check seats and the boot for forgotten items.
  • Say goodbye courteously and mark the service complete through the agreed operational channel.
  • Report lost property, damage, complaints or any incident promptly, factually and discreetly.
When plans change
  • Unsuitable child restraint: do not begin the journey. Contact operations for a safe solution; never carry a child on someone’s lap.
  • Delay, breakdown or illness: inform operations as soon as the risk is known. Replacement chauffeurs and vehicles require validation.
  • Guest not found: follow the contact attempts and waiting terms in the booking. Do not leave without coordination.
  • Impossible or unsafe request: explain calmly and work with operations on an alternative. In an emergency, prioritise safety and contact emergency services.
Vehicles, documents and ongoing standards
  • The company, each chauffeur and each vehicle are assessed individually. Approval of one company does not automatically approve its whole team or fleet.
  • Provide the registrations, licences, driver qualifications, insurance and inspections applicable to the activity and service. Communicate changes and renewals before they affect eligibility.
  • A discreet appearance never justifies removing legally required markings or equipment. A vehicle incompatible with an assignment must not be allocated to it.
  • Observe capacity limits, applicable driving and rest times and all other relevant rules. Plan each service according to its operating regime.
  • Maintain these standards after admission. Breaches may lead to corrective action, suspension of assignments or termination, depending on their severity.
